Im Oktober geht es endlich los mit der Animierten Doctor-Who Serie.
Jede Folge zwar nur wenige Minuten lang, aber immerhin! Ich freu mich drauf.
Doctor Who is well known for morphing into different incarnations on screen.
But yesterday fans of the Time Lord were given their first glimpse of a slightly different regeneration.
A cartoon version of the character has been produced based on outgoing Doctor David Tennant, and will appear in a series called Dreamland.
Doctor Who animation, Dreamland.
An animated David Tennant has been created for a new series called Dreamland
The animation will be premiered as six seven-minute episodes on the BBC Red Button and the Doctor Who website - bbc.co.uk/doctorwho - and shown as a single show on CBBC and BBC Two in the autumn.
The episodes see the Doctor visiting the notorious U.S. alien hotspot Roswell. Joining the Doctor on his animated adventure will be Cassie Rice, played by Georgia Moffett.
In the run-up to the animation being shown, fans will be able to get a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the show via the website.
Executive producer Russell T Davies said: 'Dreamland is a remarkable project and I'm thrilled with it.
'Phil Ford is a wonderful writer and promises to send the Doctor into a whole new visual dimension.'
Tennant is to appear in three live action Doctor Who specials this year before Matt Smith becomes the 11th Time Lord.
